A 30% deposit is requested by check or by bank transfer when booking.
The reservation will be taken into account upon receipt of the deposit.
The remainder must be paid one month before the date of the stay. For any reservation made at the last moment, the total amount of the stay will be requested.
A deposit check in the amount of 500 € (not cashed) will be sent with the signed rental contract as well as a civil liability insurance certificate. (Contract send by email as soon as the reservation request is made)
